Are you a current chorister, parent, alumni, or another member of our caring community?
All are encouraged to support the BCC through volunteering!
The Bach Children’s Chorus is a registered Canadian charity, managed by artistic and administrative staff. Its operations are overseen by a volunteer Board of Directors and governed according to the BCC’s by-laws. The BCC depends heavily on volunteers for its success.
Adult volunteer jobs include theory markers, sight-singing leaders, chaperones during concerts and events, concert ticket scanners and ushers, music library maintenance and volunteering for two-hour sessions at Rama Gaming House Scarborough. Choristers in high school may earn volunteer hours for credit by assisting with younger choirs and participating in special projects.
